The System is build out from a PDMS model - and the structure is following the PDMS datastructure which is a tree starting from sites --> zones --> ... see the example here:

You can move down in the tree by point and click on names, Hyperlinks or buttons.

Somewhere in the system you will have the possibility to start a program with additional data. If you now have the actual program or a viewer you are not able to use the data.

In the recent version you have the possibility to use following buttons:

	Open a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel
	Open a Microsoft Word document.
	Open a text file in Notepad
	Show an AVI movie (Be carefully - this can take lot of time).
	will show you a picture or a scanned document.
	show you the contents of a directory
